Mayonnaise is one of the best kitchen products for treatments of hair. In keeping your color-treated hair shiny and glossy, you must apply it to your hair. Mayonnaise contains high amounts of protein from oils and eggs which nourishes the scalp and hair. You can best apply mayonnaise after a moisturizing shampoo and combed repeatedly using a wide toothed comb. Then, use a blow dryer or moist towels that are heated on the microwave for at least one minute. Leave it to dry for 45 minutes then rinse it with water. Shampoo your hair and rinse it again. The mayonnaises will help close the cuticle hair which stops the color molecules from escaping. Protein also strengthens the color treated hair.
